Key Account Manager at NIMO, Hova

Drive, strategic mindset and innovative thinking – Are you NIMO’s new Key Account Manager?

We are now focusing on growth and expansion, both in the Nordic region and international markets. To strengthen our sales organization, we are looking for a driven and experienced Key Account Manager who wants to help shape the future of sustainable textile care – both in Sweden and on the global stage.

About the Role
As a Key Account Manager at NIMO, you will play a central role in our international expansion. You will be a crucial part of the sales department, working closely with the Product Manager and executive team to develop and implement strategies that strengthen our position in both existing and new markets, both in the Nordic region and internationally.

In this role, you will be responsible for the entire sales process – from identifying and establishing new customer relationships to further developing and expanding collaborations with existing customers. You will lead new customer acquisitions from start to finish and ensure long-term business relationships. The role involves approximately 20-30 travel nights per year.

Your Responsibilities Include:

  • Driving sales and market expansion by working with both national and international customers.
  • Building and developing strong partnerships with customers and distributors for long-term growth.
  • Identifying new business opportunities and further developing existing sales channels.
  • Creating business cases and presenting strategic decision-making materials to the executive team.
  • Designing and implementing market strategies for expansion into new markets.

Your Experience
You have a strong sales background and experience working with customers and managing contracts. You have previously introduced products to the market and delivered solid results. Experience in selling electronics, household appliances, heat pump products, or similar technical solutions is an advantage.

We also value experience in long sales cycles and consumer product sales. You are proficient in the Microsoft Office suite and have experience in creating sales and presentation materials, effectively communicating business opportunities. Fluency in English, both spoken and written, is required, and knowledge of German is a plus. A university degree or equivalent experience is preferred but not mandatory – practical competence is highly valued. A driver’s license is required, as travel is part of the role.

About You
You are driven, fearless, and bold, understanding that success requires both time and patience. You pave the way for new business opportunities and thrive in a role where you can think strategically while acting operationally. You rely on analysis and strategic work combined with your previous experience. At NIMO, it is essential that you are a "doer" – someone who takes a business development project from idea to execution. Your persistence, drive, and accumulated experience make you a key player in NIMO's international expansion.

What We Offer
You will work with established customers who have reputable brands and are industry leaders. This role provides significant opportunities to influence the company’s development and results. We hold a unique market position and have an ambitious growth strategy. Sustainability is one of our core values, and here, you can actively contribute to making textile care even more sustainable in the future.

You will be involved in exciting projects with both Swedish and global customers. Our organization is characterized by short decision-making paths, and we encourage you to actively participate and shape our future. Additionally, you will become part of a great team of colleagues who enjoy working together, within a company that values a strong corporate culture where humility and collaboration are key principles.
