International Key Account Manager

About the role

As a Key Account Manager at NIMO, you will play a crucial role in our international growth. You will be part of the sales department and work closely with the product manager and the management team to develop and implement strategies to introduce our products to new markets, including the US and Germany. You will be responsible for the entire sales process, from new customer establishment to developing and creating growth with existing customer relationships. The role involves around 30-40 travel nights per year and when you are not traveling, we have a hybrid workplace with 3 days at the office in Hova.

Areas of responsibility

- Introduce new products on national and international markets.
- Create and develop strong partnerships with customers and distributors.
- Work with existing channels and identify and establish new collaboration partners.
- Develop business case and present decision basis for the management team.
- Contribute to developing strategies to attack new markets.
- Create and maintain customer forecasts that form the basis of our internal planning function.
- Analyze profitability and plan and carry out price negotiations.

Your experience

You have a strong background in sales with a proven track record of handling national or international clients and successfully launching new products. Experience in electronics, white goods, heat pump products, or similar technical competence is advantageous. We value experience in longer sales cycles and sales to end consumers. You have good presentation skills and are skilled at creating persuasive presentations and sales materials. Fluency in English is a requirement, and knowledge of German is an advantage. University education or equivalent is beneficial but not a requirement.
