The Role as Global Business Manager
As a Global Business Manager, you will have overall responsibility for our global business and entire product portfolio, from concept and launch to aftermarket and support. You will play a central role in identifying business opportunities, developing strategies, and driving growth – always with a customer- and market-focused approach.
Key Responsibilities:
- Gather customer insights to drive innovative product development and oversee product lifecycle management.
- Develop and implement strategies for growth and increased profitability.
- Build and strengthen collaborations with customers and partners worldwide.
- Oversee aftermarket operations and ensure high-quality customer support.
- Develop new business opportunities in existing and new markets.
Lead and coach the business development team to achieve the company’s strategic goals. - Take full budget and financial responsibility.

Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in marketing, economics, engineering, or a related field.
- Minimum of 3 years of experience in team leadership.
- Experience in contract establishment and analysis.
- Experience in product launches and sales, both nationally and internationally.
- Strong negotiation and communication skills in Swedish and English.
- Strong analytical skills and experience working in a complex, strategic environment.
- Willingness to travel internationally.
